Resizing Left Hand Panel - Doesn't Stick

Title says it all

I have user defined text boxes, arrows and buttons. The text boxes some in a 2 4 x 5 grid based on colours, one colour per row so I resize the left hand panel to achieve that layout.

Next time I com into FlashBack the panel has been reset to its default size.

I can't see a user preference to cover this. Is there? Will I have to reset this EVERY time I use the app?
