Video formats for youtube, can i have interactive elements?

I want to publish a video on YouTube but I want this to have interactive elements. Can I save these items to allow for buttons to pause the movie until clicked?

If not, I would like to try to get the popup movies like the BB Flashback site (https://www.flashbackrecorder.com/help/). Is there a java template I can use for this?

For sure the easiest way to share interactive movies online is to use our FlashBack Connect service. Just click 'Share' in FlashBack Pro and select the FlashBack Connect option.

If you're using FlashBack Express, its going to be difficult. Interactive elements aren't possible in Youtube. I'm afraid we don't have Java templates or anything similar.
