Can you shift zoom/pan by a few frames?

The Zoom/Pan needs to be be removed and readded if you want to change its position. There's no way to adjust it by a few frames.

Can you shift zoom/pan by a few frames?
Sometimes I find the starting point of a zoom-in not ideal after the fact.
In such case, it would be really efficient if I could just shift down the zoom-in by a few frames, rather than delete the zoom and insert a new zoom down a few frames.
Is it possible?
