Access violation at address 00482262 in module 'Flashback Player.exe'. Read of Address 00000000

 Hi There,

 Whenever I try to export my movie I receive the following error


This happens in either the batch mode or via the player.


I am on version 5.19.0 build 4140

 Hi Jeff,


From the log files that you sent separately we can see that the export operations have failed because there is not enough memory available. This is unusal because the movie itself is not overly large.


Could you send us an example fbr file that has this problem when you try to export it, so we can try reproduce the error?

The raw .frb file is 74,892kb, I would like for you to look at this one since this is the one erroring out. Is there a place I can upload this to ?

I increased my paging file to 190 megs but still when I export I get the same error and you can see below that the process is consuming large amounts of memory

My system is windows 7 ( 64 bit ) with 8 gigs of ram

 I have increased my paging file to 190 megs and it still errors out. One thing I noticed is that the Flashback player.exe just keeps consuming memory till it fails.

I'm having the same issue yet it reads: Access violation at address: 0054B036 in module 'FlashBackRecorder.exe.' Read to address: 0000206D.'  I've uninstalled, reinstalled and executed yet receive the same error. I've used FlashBackRecorder on other VMs with no issues.  Any support would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you! - Michael


Hi Michael,

Can you use the Report Problem to Blueberry option to send us an error report please? We'll take a look at the log files to see what's going on.
