This process is used by the Share feature in FlashBack to upload recordings directly to video sites such as YouTube and FlashBack Connect.
If you can use the 'Report Problem to Blueberry' option in the Support section of FlashBac's Help menu to send us an error report, we'll take a look at the log files to investigate what was going on.
OK, thanks for the explanation. It has only happened once. I'm fine with it.
I have sent the error report anyway, though it seems there were no log files to select or send (but logging is turned on). I think it sent pc information at least. Initially, the attachment section implied there was 464kb of attachments, but when I went to Change attachments to select from the log file options (last hour, day, week, etc), there were no log files - just 0 bytes at each radio button.

The subject program stopped working sometime in the middle of the night. In the morning, I found the Microsoft Windows "This program has stopped working" dialog box on the screen. Given the name of the program, I was a bit concerned until I finally traced it to Flashback. During the previous day, I had done some screen recording, but no uploading. I believe I shut down Flashback Pro 5 before going to bed, but I can't remember 100%.
So why was something with the word "upload" running?
Great product. Just curious.
Thanks.
