We believe this issue may be caused by anti-virus software blocking FlashBack from accessing the disk.
If you temporarily suspend your anti-virus, does that make any difference? If it does, can you tell us which anti-virus software you are using please?

I got an error message during playback of my recordings and the video is not moving, only the audio is okay. But I can manually seek through the video but it will not move.

The characters after '$' is not always the same.
I am using BB Flashback Express on Windows 10.
Does anyone have encountered this error? and what will be the steps needed for this to be resolve?
