Help, something wrong with loading editor? + may lose unsaved files

Ok so I hit crtl shift S and then I wanted to replay footage. Before the editor loaded, I minimized the window to get the phone. I came back and tried to click on the window but they all look like this?

I have a windows 8, and would really not like to restart anything as these are unsaved files. The very last one is a sample recording that I did to see if it would behave the same way, and I minimized the window and it happened again.


I closed the last one and there was no save popup or anything, it just closed. I'd really like to hold on to this footage, and closing the window just seems to delete it. I dont know what to do and help would be appreciated.


I only have google chrome running other than those

What happens when you try to open any of those windows? Are they they unresponsive?

If you check in the following 2 folders, do either of them contain any recording files:
  • C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\FlashBackTemp\Recordings
  • C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\FlashBackTempMovies

 

It is completely unresponsive, nothing happens when I click them. I looked in the second folders and found the ones I needed though! Thank you very much!!

When you next start FlashBack, if you use the 'Report Problem to Blueberry' option in the Help menu to send us a set of log files, we'll take a look to see if we can find out why the Player became unresponsive.
