non-recordable sound problem depending on output type

What sort of output do you mean? Can you give an example?
If you check the sources available in the drop down menus on the Recorder's main window, do any of them match what you are trying to record?
Ok!Here an example of no-recording sound:

Which sound source do you have selected in FlashBack? Do you have the bluetooth speakers selected there?

Hello,
On Windows 10, when the speaker is on, BBFlashback v4.1.1 records video capture with sound.
When the sound output of the pc is no longer the speakers (speaker or bluetooth headset), ,BBFlashback 4.1.1 does not record the sound of the video capture.
Can we fix this problem? If yes,how?
