There's no way to improve the quality of already recorded videos, I'm afraid.
When recording this sort of content, make sure that you have MPEG record mode selected in the 'Record Mode / Performance' section of the Recorder's settings.

i used a screen recording app to record athletic film and now its all choppy is there a way to make it as smooth as the video i was trying to record without having to rerecord it
