The video sync gets disturbed on adding blur/image to flashback movie

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the video sync is altered? The sync with what? The matching audio?

Hi, i have an unwanted message in my entire video which I need to mask/blur to make it nonvisible. I tried pasting a white image on that section of video which i wanted to hide and even inserted blur. The problem is after the blur and image insert the video sync gets disturbed.
I am not able to define the duration ( in seconds) until which i need to display the blur in my video. There is no such option ' insert blur throughout the length of movie'.
If my video duration is 3 minutes and 12 seconds i entered value 192 seconds (as i wanted it to last throughout my movie length). This has altered the video sync.
Please help!!!!
