What happens to the server if there are gaps in the applied schedule?

Any servers that have periods that are not covered by a
schedule, for instance if there is a gap between one schedule ending and
another beginning, will automatically default to being On-Demand during these
periods.
For
example, if a server has a single schedule applied to it to turn a server on
between 9AM and 5PM so that it can be used during standard office hours, from
5PM until the 9AM the following morning the server will be set to On-Demand.
